Cozy stay with helpful staff

The room was well-furnished with a kitchenette, great to prepare meals conveniently. The location is fantastic, close to various shops and bakeries. Staff members, especially at reception, were always ready to assist.

Housekeeping service was not provided , which could have. The breakfast was overpriced and did not meet our expectations in quality.

The hotel has a secure parking garage. It was a quiet neighborhood with a police station near by. There is a Mc D's and ATM across the street. It is about a 10 minute walk to the train station and about 30-40 minutes into Paris depending on where you want to go first. Felt very safe and people were friendly and helpful.

It is an older hotel but still nice. The bathrooms cound use some renovating. The AC didn't feel like it was working well but we opened a window in the evenings to cool off the room.

The hotel was in a nice location, and the entrance/bar area were clean and tidy.

The room was dirty on arrival - dirty towel in the bathroom, mess all over the floor. We arrived late so did not bother the desk until morning. We asked for the room to be cleaned in the morning, and nothing happened. There were insufficient pillows in the room and it took several requests to get additional ones. Carpets on landings were expecially dirty.

The hotel is nicely sitiuated it offers access to rer and going to Paris downtown is not a problem. The service is very nice and friendly. There is available parking for additional money.

The clenliness is not really up to my liking the carpets are rather old and even though they are being cleaned their age shows, other than that the room is clean and nice for this price range.

The room was bright and extremely spacious with air condition, had essentials required. The setting was great and the staff were PLEASANT people at the reception desk.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the 40fwy, making it easy to access. We appreciated the clean rooms and the laminate flooring. The shower had great water pressure and hot water throughout our stay. We also liked the fact that the hotel had trailer parking and a grill for guests to use.

For us, it was ideal.

I expected some sort of special treatment here, but instead I got constant interruptions from the cleaning staff when it was still my time to relax. I was horrified to find out that I couldn't even enjoy a simple meal from outside, while staff was chomping on their food unapologetically. What a letdown!

Wi-fi was fast, and 24-hour reception was helpful. No daily housekeeping available, though.

the air-conditioning wasn't working, and the kitchenette had everything needed for cooking. really appreciated the easy access to public transport and the location near the river with beautiful sunset views.

Convenient Stay with Helpful Staff

I appreciated the friendly staff. The kitchenette in my room allowed for easy meal prep, and I found several local bakeries nearby. A tip , consider bringing your own kitchen utensils to streamline cooking.

The room was bright and had a decent size with a cozy kitchenette, including a microwave and two hotplates. The bathroom felt spacious, and the staff were really helpful when we needed directions or called for transport. But it was a bit dusty, and they didn't do any cleaning , a little off-putting.
